How It Works

Step 1 — Order Online

Shop at milkbymom.com, choose your cooler size, and select "I am a local AZ resident scheduling a physical drop-off" at checkout. Your price updates to automatically remove shipping.

Step 2 — Drop Off Your Stash

Schedule your appointment and bring your frozen milk to our Phoenix facility or a partner drop-off location near you.

Step 3 — We Handle Everything

Your milk is individually labeled, tracked, and freeze-dried in our FDA-compliant facility. We'll keep you updated every step of the way. Your finished pouches are ready for pickup. You can also choose to have them delivered back to you locally.

How long does it take?

Once your milk arrives at our facility, here's what to expect:

Orders under 250 oz:
approximately 15 business days

Orders 250 oz or above:
approximately 25 business days

Are appointments needed for Milk by Mom drop offs?

Yes, it's easy to schedule your appointment. Just shop online and select "I am a local AZ resident scheduling a physical drop-off" at checkout. Your price will automatically reflect local pricing without the shipping charge and you'll be prompted to make your appointment at Milk by Mom or one of our partner locations.

How is local pricing different from national pricing?

Our pricing is all-inclusive, One price covers your Sip Box, processing, and return delivery. For local AZ drop-off, the shipping portion is automatically removed when you select local drop-off box on the product page. You get the same quality, same process, and same care without the shipping leg.

Can I be sure my milk is safe when I drop it off?

Yes. Every drop-off is logged and labeled immediately. Your milk is individually tracked and processed in our FDA-compliant facility. It never shares a batch with anyone else's. From drop-off to the moment your pouches are returned, you'll have complete visibility into every step.

Do you offer pickup and delivery for local AZ moms?

Yes! If you'd rather skip the trip, we offer local courier service. A flat rate of $20 covers pickup from your home, and $20 covers return delivery of your finished pouches. Just order online, select drop-off at checkout, and let us know you'd like courier pickup. We'll coordinate from there.

How can I be sure the milk I receive back is mine?

Your milk is individually labeled the moment it arrives and stays labeled through every step of processing. It never shares our equipment with anyone else's. Every step is tracked, logged, and documented so you always know your milk is in good hands, even when it's out of yours.
