I sent 750 ounces in- it took almost 2 months to get it back. You cannot get ahold of anyone when you call them. All of my milk (5 months worth- transitional milk/daytime/nighttime milk) was mixed together and one date put on the bags I received. I will not be sending the other 750 ounces I have to this company. Also, FYI- I have high lipase and freeze drying my milk did NOT make it any milder, it tastes exactly the same as it did prior to freeze drying so that was disappointing as well. What I paid to have this done was definitely not worth it. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

I am forever grateful to have found Milk by Mom. Now pregnant with kiddo #2, I was looking for a way to keep my freezer stash last for longer than a year. To have found a company that keeps my milk shelf stable for three years was a blessing to say in the least. We travel often and this makes life so much easier. I have always feared not being able to produce enough and this has given me so much reassurance going into kiddo number 2 that I always have back up. Tirza and her team are so friendly and accommodating. This was the easiest process! Thank you guys so much for everything!

Great for traveling and for long term storage for an oversupply. I chose to ship out of convenience rather than drop off but shipping seemed just as easy. Instructions were well laid out and I got my milk back fast.

I pumped about 662 ounces in 3 months and was running out of freezer space. I'm so glad I found milkbymom. Everything comes so nicely packaged, and I was able to bring everything with me and my family as we moved overseas. I own a business, so the ease of the powder is so great for my family. Plus it lasts 3 years vs 6 years in a freezer, taking up space. Highly recommend for all the busy mommies out there!

My 5-week family vacation simply would not have been possible without Milk by Mom. I had half my stash processed to take with me and the other half delivered at our rental. When we were out during the day, I'd throw a couple of packets in my bag with some bottled water and easily fed my baby on the go. I never had to use a single ounce of formula and had a stress-free feeding holiday. I only wish I had Milk by Mom with my first!
